We run our weekly Salsa and Bachata lessons on Thursday. Doors 7:45pm. Salsa 8p-8:45, Bachata 9-9:45pm. Social till 10:30pm

1 session £9, both for £14. Social is Free

Saturday events take place on the 2nd Saturday of the month at Café Crema

Sunday events take place on the 1st Sunday of the month at 3 Wise Monkeys

Book

There is no need to book your session, feel free to just turn up and meet the team, you will feel very welcomed straight away. Lessons start from just £6 per person.

Learn all styles of Latino dancing from professional dancers. Our instructors are friendly, approachable and fun. We ensure that everyone feels relaxed and enjoys a great night of salsa dancing.
It doesn’t matter whether you are 18 or 65, latin dancing is for everyone. We teach many dance styles to suit each age category, we have members of all age and backgrounds.
All lessons are delivered in safe, suitable dance environments. We check to ensure that the floor and dance areas are clean and clear of any potential hazards before every dance session.

We are a Colchester based salsa dance training company

The Latin Rhythm dance company was founded in 2008 by co-founders Eddy Chegwin & Goyo Insignares. The company was originally formatted to provide a salsa dance class once each week in its home town Colchester. After a couple of years the group slowly but surely began to grow and of course the company needed to expand. The Latin Rhythm is now made up of 11 salsa dancers that teach and train over 60 students each week. As more members join we are able to provide better training sessions and attract dancers with different styles to teach our members. The Latin Rhythm is focused on fun and making salsa dancing accessible for all ages. If you’re interested in salsa dancing, come to one of our Colchester venues, we guarantee that you will have a great time.
